🇵🇸 GAZA, LET’S CALL ON ALLAH TO BREAK THE SILENCE: LIBERATE PALESTINE!

🇵🇸 With all eyes fixed on Hormuz and the bloody destruction of poor Lebanon, the permanent genocide that keeps unfolding in the Gaza Strip has largely disappeared from newspaper headlines and television news, except for occasional and brief mentions. It is a symptom of the general decline in attention toward Palestine that has affected everyone, including Muslims.

Yet in the Gaza Strip, 800 Palestinian martyrs have been killed over the last eight months, since the beginning of the supposed ceasefire, which is nothing more than a scaled-down continuation of the same fury that does not cease driving Shaytanyahu and his companions.

The number of wounded is equally significant. Around 40,000 Palestinians have suffered permanent injuries. One in four of them is a child. They include limb trauma, amputations, spinal cord injuries, severe burns, and traumatic brain injuries. Certainly an impressive record for the Middle East’s only “democracy”!

More than one million people have been displaced, over half of the population. Sanitary conditions and food insecurity remain unbearably inhumane.

What should be done?

From “let’s stop everything” to “everyone is stuck”, the great protest movement that once stood against Zionist colonialism and its violence seems to have dissolved into discouragement, resignation, and a sense of helplessness.

Muslims – in Italy as well as throughout Europe and the rest of the world – therefore bear the responsibility of awakening the consciences and the determination of those who already had the courage to say NO to the fascism with the star (of David). At the same time, they must inspire those who remained silent or stood by while peaceful demonstrations filled streets and public squares with calls for justice and freedom for Palestine.

For this to happen, brothers and sisters, the first thing we must do is also the most obvious for Muslims, although all too often we forget it: namely, to call upon the help of Allāh subḥānahu wa taʿālā.

How can we expect to achieve meaningful results without the favor of the Most High?

Let us pray to Him, united as one Ummah. Let us constantly turn to Him with our adʿiyah, asking for guidance in both our words and actions. Only then we could be truly effective, for the benefit of the entire movement striving for the liberation of Palestine.

Let us say together, with humility and repentance:

O Allāh, our Lord, listen to us. Through Palestine, You call us to commitment and courage. Here we stand, as instruments in service of Your unfathomable decree. Open a path of salvation for the Palestinians from the cruelty and atrocities of tyranny. O al-Qadīr, accept our supplication in Your infinite mercy… Āmīn”.

Only in this way – by praying, praying, and praying – can our voice be transformed into the success we hope for. 🇵🇸 ☝️
