WHO WE ARE

“SWORDLESS JIHĀD” is the blog of all those Muslims who concretely oppose the misled approach to Islām of those “misguided” ideological streams that twist the concept of armed “Jihād” as established by the Qur’an and the Sunnah, threatening the entire Ummah.

“SWORDLESS JIHĀD” is a space dedicated to the brothers and sisters who are really willing to delve deeper into the peace and dialogue discourse inherent to authentic Islām, in order to counter the propaganda and the “misguided” interpretations spread on the internet, which betray the true message of the Ahl as-Sunnah wa ‘l Jama’ah.

“SWORDLESS JIHĀD” is promoted by a group of “concerned Muslims”, including brothers and sisters independent of any movement and ideology who have united their “efforts” in favor of a better Ummah, so as to be worthy of Allāh ‘Azzawajal and of Prophet Muḥammad (saw), His Messenger.

STAFF

Aldo Mahmood Ibrāhīm has transformed the study of Islām and the Quranic readings into his reason for living. Since then he has not stopped deepening his knowledge of the Religion, and sharing his ideas of moderation (wasatia) and dialogue.

Umm Bushra, translator and intercultural mediator of Moroccan origin, has always maintained that “being Muslim” means possessing an immense inner strength that allows you to face any difficulty, wherever and in any situation you find yourself. Whereas the use of sterile and violent forms of religious intransigence is not part of “being Muslim”, but arises from very different desirers of the human being.

Cosimo Ahmed Fakardino, a Lebanese by origin, has always been interested in the themes of coexistence and dialogue, coming from a country that knows well the importance of respect and exchange both inside and outside the Ummah.

Mohammed Abdallah, from the capital of European multiculturalism, spreads his global perspective on Islām.
