Tens of thousands of kilometers away from us, amidst the rubble and tears, the Palestinian people continue their incredible resistance, maintaining full trust in the plans of Allāh subḥānahu wa taʿālā.
From the Gaza Strip comes a unique and unparalleled example of Tawakkul for the entire Ummah.
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:
“The example of the believers in their mutual love, mercy, and compassion is that of a single body: when one part of it is in pain, the whole body responds with sleeplessness and fever” (Muslim 2586).
We cannot stop the bombs, we cannot stop the genocide, but the pain of Palestine is in the heart of every Muslim. It is this shared pain that brings us closer together, strengthening the unity of the Ummah.
May Allāh (swt) accept the innocent martyrs, heal the wounded, and protect our Palestinian brothers and sisters who are in danger.
May their suffering inspire us all to become better Muslims. Āmīn ☝ 🇵🇸
