We thank the Moroccan brother Mohammed, may God praise and preserve him, for sharing his thoughts with our blog. Raised in a humble environment, Mohammed found true wealth in dedicating himself to Allāh swt and to the teachings of His Messenger, peace and good be upon him. He has made spiritual wealth his goal and is currently seeking knowledge from Moroccan and Saudi masters on the methodology of the Pious Predecessors. His efforts are aimed at spreading the correct ‘Aqīdah among Italian Muslims who find it difficult to understand their own belief, amidst the falsehood that is increasingly spreading in this world because of corrupt people with an ungrounded belief. All praise belongs to God, and may the praise and peace be on the best of prophets and messengers: our Prophet and example Muhammad, may God praise him and preserve him from all evil.
We live in times of great tribulation in which adhering to the correct belief means, for Muslims, to live hell in this earthly life, but with one advantage: the huge reward awaiting them in the afterlife thanks to the plans of the Almighty.
Adhering to the correct belief is the lifeline from the heresies and the unbridled polytheism experienced in this era, even among Muslims themselves (here I open a “parenthesis” – a distinction must be made because there is an enormous difference between being a Muslim and being a believer. Even Shiites, Sufis, Deobandis call themselves Muslims).
Moreover, how many Muslims, while considering themselves true “believers”, have fallen into the trap of “misguided” ideologies? So, who is a true “believer”?
A true believer is one who adheres to the Book and to the Sunnah according to the authentic understanding of the Pious Predecessors, and one whose worship is exclusively and sincerely directed to God, thus completing His religion based on the Tawhīd.
Therefore, the correct belief is the Tawhīd and Tawhīd is Islām, the religion chosen by God for all the prophets, may peace be upon them all.
From our father Adam to the seal of revelation Muhammad, may God praise him and preserve him from all evil, prophets have called humanity to one and the same message: “There is no Deity worthy of being worshipped except God”.
May God grant us success in what He loves and pleases Him, and all greetings and praises go to our Prophet Muhammad.
