Hoping that our “efforts” during the month of Ramadān have made us at least a little worthier of Him, today we celebrate the pure and radiant joy that only the union with the Most High can bring.
May Allāh swt accept our good deeds and supplications, forgive our shortcomings, and grant us His boundless mercy for our incurable human condition.
Above all, may He make His presence tangibly felt in the lives of all those Muslims who are suffering as innocent victims of immense tragedies and injustices.
Our thoughts naturally turn to our brothers and sisters who continue to endure and resist in Palestine.
